HRDS INDIA, the official partner organisation in the rehabilitation programme of Operation Sindoor in Jammu & Kashmir, has strongly condemned the brutal killing of a Hindu youth in Bangladesh, calling it a grave violation of human dignity and the rule of law.

The victim, 27-year-old Dipu Chandra Das, was employed at a garment factory on the outskirts of Dhaka. He was allegedly accused of blasphemy by co-workers and subsequently dragged onto the street by a mob and beaten to death in a shocking act of violence.

Founded in 1995, HRDS INDIA has long worked for the holistic development of rural and tribal communities across India. The organisation stated that violence justified in the name of religion or unverified accusations must be rejected unequivocally and dealt with firmly through lawful and ethical means.

Responding to the incident, Atma Nambi, Spiritual Guru and President of HRDS INDIA, emphasised the need for justice guided by moral clarity and compassion. He said that such acts of brutality not only disrupt social harmony but also erode the spiritual conscience of society, stressing that truth must prevail and perpetrators must be held accountable.

Raising deeper concern over what he described as a recurring pattern, HRDS INDIA Founder-Secretary Aji Krishnan called for a resolute and uncompromising response. He stated that Bangladesh’s repeated failure to ensure the safety of its Hindu citizens cannot be dismissed as isolated incidents and must invite tangible consequences.

“These acts reflect a sustained pattern of targeted hostility against Hindus. India must stand firmly with persecuted Hindus and respond through strong diplomatic, economic and international measures. Continued restraint only encourages impunity. Accountability must be enforced without delay to defend human dignity and Hindu civilisational values,” Aji Krishnan said.

HRDS INDIA has urged the concerned authorities to conduct a transparent investigation, ensure strict punishment for those responsible, and implement effective safeguards to prevent such crimes in the future. The organisation also appealed to citizens to remain united, peaceful and vigilant, while upholding constitutional and humanitarian principles in the pursuit of justice.

Reaffirming its commitment to social upliftment, tribal rights, education, healthcare and national harmony, HRDS INDIA reiterated that it will continue to stand against injustice and advocate for a society rooted in dignity, mutual respect and the rule of law.
