Lung Aayu Combines Nine Herbal Ingredients in Ayurvedic Wellness Formula

Kaayu Rituals’ Lung Aayu brings together nine herbal ingredients, including Vasaka, Tulsi and Amla, in a formulation inspired by Ayurveda

New Delhi: Kaayu Rituals has introduced Lung Aayu, a herbal formulation that combines nine ingredients traditionally associated with wellness practices. The product brings together Ayurvedic ingredients and other plant extracts in a capsule format.

Each Lung Aayu capsule contains Vasaka extract, Amla extract, Haldi, Tulsi, Pushkarmool, Yashtimadhu, Pine bark, Pippali extract and Mullein extract.

Vasaka, Tulsi, Amla and Yashtimadhu have long-standing associations with traditional Ayurvedic practices. The formulation also includes Pine bark and Mullein extracts alongside the other ingredients.

The brand has positioned Lung Aayu within the wider discussion around respiratory wellness, particularly as people in urban areas face growing concerns about air pollution.

Preeti Choudhary, CEO and founder of Kaayu Rituals, said the company wants to approach traditional wellness practices with greater attention to formulation and detail.

Choudhary said Ayurveda should not be reduced to a collection of popular ingredients or simplified claims. She explained that her healthcare background shaped the brand’s focus on research, observation and product development.

Kaayu Rituals said Lung Aayu reflects its approach to combining traditional knowledge with modern-day usability.

However, the presence of traditionally used herbs does not by itself establish that a product can prevent or treat respiratory conditions. Consumers should review product information and consult healthcare professionals when necessary.

The launch adds another product to the conversation around Ayurvedic self-care, although pollution control and appropriate medical care remain essential for respiratory health.
