P. Hassim Named State Chairman of Akhila Sevak Samaj Council Kerala

New Delhi: The Akhila Sevak Samaj Council (ASSC) has appointed Mr. P. Hassim as the State Chairman of the Kerala State Board.

The appointment received approval from the Board of Governors and the National Executive Council in accordance with the Council’s Constitution and Governing Bylaws.

Mr. Hassim will serve a three-year term starting August 3, 2026, and will lead ASSC’s initiatives focused on social welfare, community service, and organisational development across Kerala. His appointment will undergo periodic performance and executive reviews to ensure effective leadership and governance.

Welcoming the appointment, Dr. Bhargav Mallappa, National Chairman & Founder of ASSC, said, “We welcome Mr. P. Hassim to the ASSC family and are confident that his leadership will further strengthen our mission of serving society and expanding community welfare initiatives across Kerala.”

Expanding ASSC’s Social Welfare Network Across Kerala

As State Chairman, Mr. Hassim will lead ASSC’s social welfare initiatives in Kerala, oversee district committees, recommend coordinators, guide volunteer enrolment, and strengthen the organisation’s statewide presence.

He will represent ASSC before Kerala government bodies and, at the same time, ensure that the State Board operates in accordance with the Council’s Constitution, governance standards, and code of conduct. Furthermore, the Council stated that the appointment is honorary and executive in nature, aimed at advancing public welfare, social justice, and national service.

ASSC has authorised Mr. Hassim to use its official designation, branding, and seals for approved organisational activities across Kerala. Dr. Bhargav Mallappa, National Chairman & Founder, and Dr. Baburaj V.R., National General Secretary of ASSC, signed the appointment order.
