Reportedly, Samsung’s Galaxy Unpacked event is scheduled for July 10th, where it is anticipated to unveil its latest offerings, including the Galaxy Ring, Galaxy Z Fold 6, and Galaxy Z Flip 6. The event, set to occur in Paris, is strategically timed before the 2024 Summer Olympics. Traditionally, Samsung introduces its new Galaxy Z series phones in the US, but last year’s event was held in South Korea.
This year, Samsung is expected to introduce three foldable phones, a departure from its usual two-model unveiling. Alongside the Galaxy Z Flip 6, there are rumors of two book-style Galaxy Z Fold models, with the ‘Ultra’ variant speculated to come with upgraded hardware and a higher price point, possibly not available in all markets.
Additionally, Samsung is likely to provide further insights into the Galaxy Ring, its first miniature wearable with fitness tracking features. This device was initially teased during the Galaxy S24 series launch event and showcased at the Mobile World Congress earlier this year.
The event might also see the unveiling of other rumored devices like the Galaxy Watch 7 series, Galaxy Tab S10 lineup, and potentially an extended reality (XR) headset known as the Samsung Galaxy XR, positioned to compete with Apple’s Vision Pro mixed reality headset.
