New Delhi : A video titled ‘Vulgar Video’ showcasing reckless behavior on a scooter has led to a fine of Rs 80,500 and an FIR in Noida. This incident highlights a concerning trend where individuals seek instant fame and attention on social media, disregarding both societal norms and legal regulations.

Instances of such behavior, whether it’s celebrating a birthday party on the roadside, driving recklessly in public spaces, or performing stunts on metro trains, are increasingly viewed as disruptive and dangerous. Social media platforms are flooded with responses condemning such actions.

Recently, a video surfaced on March 25 depicting two girls engaging in inappropriate behavior during Holi celebrations while riding a moving scooter. The video garnered widespread outrage, prompting demands for action against the offenders.

The Noida Traffic Police responded swiftly, issuing a fine of Rs 33,000 against the vehicle involved. Additionally, they imposed a further penalty of Rs 47,500 on the three individuals seen in the video. Authorities have also registered an FIR in connection with the incident.

Another video showing a girl and a boy riding a scooter without helmets on a city street has also caught the attention of traffic police. The scooter owner has been charged with multiple counts of negligence related to road safety under the Motor Vehicles Act, as indicated by the e-challan.
